Ivy Patt, PhD has been practicing clinical psychology for over 15 years. Dr. Patt received her doctorate from Fairleigh Dickinson University and her post-doctoral fellowship at Weill Cornell Medical College in cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy. In addition to private practice, Dr. Patt has served on faculty at Weill Cornell Medical College and Walter Reed Army Hospital as part of the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. Dr. Patt has a specialty in treating anxiety disorders, in particular, post-traumatic stress, social anxiety, panic, tinnitus, and obsessive compulsive disorder. Dr. Patt has significant experience working with individuals with various mood disorders. While Dr. Patt has expertise in cognitive-behavioral treatment (CBT), she utilizes other modalities including relational approaches to inform her work with patients. Dr. Patt treats each person as an individual and works to form a therapeutic alliance which serves as the foundation for symptom relief and improvement in the patient's quality of life.

DENISE PADILLA, LCSW

Denise Padilla, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker who offers assessment, treatment, and support to adolescents and adults. She earned her MSW at California State University in 2002. Since then she has worked with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings including private practice, residential, and family service agencies. She has experience treating clients who are coping with depression, anxiety, poor self esteem, anger, substance abuse, oppositional behavior, grief and loss, and conflict in family relationships. She approaches her work with clients from a strengths-based perspective and employs a variety of modalities, primarily cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), to help clients strengthen coping skills and achieve change. In 2015, she completed training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction from the University of Massachusetts Medical School, and since that time has woven concepts of mindfulness into her work with clients.

SASHA LAMBERT, PSY.D.

Sasha Lambert, Psy.D. earned her doctorate in clinical psychology from Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology (now called William James College) in 2011. In 2009, she earned her master's degree from the same school, and in 2007, she earned her master's degree in psychological services from the University of Pennsylvania. Her pre-doctoral internship and post-doctoral fellowship were completed at Joseph Smith Health center (Allston, MA), Boston Behavioral Medicine (Brookline, MA), Brenner Center for Psychological Assessment and Consultation (West Roxbury, MA), and Gershon Psychological Associates (Providence, RI). She has experience in psychological testing, bariatric evaluating, and psychotherapy, in various settings, including public school, college counseling center, community health center, OBGYN clinic, and private practice. She helps her patients by offering them an accepting and empathic place to talk about their lives. Depending on the needs of the individual, she may simply listen and follow, or she may be more directive and action-oriented, offering concrete tools that bring about symptom relief. She focuses on behaviors, thoughts, and relationships, and explores, together, what brings happiness. She treats adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety and depressive disorders, or going through difficult life transitions. She does couples therapy and helps with health-related behavior change. She trends toward a CBT approach, but also incorporates relational, solution-focused, and strengths-based methods. Lastly, she conducts pre-evaluations for patients seeking bariatric surgery.
